PRACTICE-A-THON WEEKEND is here!

This weekend, the Royle School String Program will be holding its annual Practice-A-Thon, just in time to prepare for our Spring Concert.  All string students in grades 3 through 5 can be involved in this fundraising effort.  Participation in this event is quite easy, and all proceeds go directly into supporting the string program we have in the Darien Schools.

The Practice-A-Thon form is available here.

Collect as many pledges as possible from family members and friends (do not go door-to-door) for each minute of practice. Enter the necessary information on the attached sheet.  Between 5 p.m. on Friday, May 12 and 8 p.m. on Monday, May 15, each student will practice as much as possible.  After the Practice-A-Thon weekend, collect the appropriate amount from each person who pledged.  Write one check (no cash please), payable to Darien Instrumental Music for the total amount raised, and return it with this pledge sheet in an envelope marked Practice-A-Thon 2017 to your string teacher.  All money is due no later than Friday, May 19.
